How do I return/exchange my product and when will I receive my refund?

You request a return or exchange within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or your order confirmation email. The item must be unused and in original packaging, with an unboxing video mandatory for claims. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

No, COD is currently available only for selected locations in Bangalore.
